How Many Calories Chicken And Rice Cart
Macro: good and healthy
E 'was a Sunday pajama ... just read a little' sewing machine and a sweet moment ...
and since I do not like sweets "classics" such as eggs, butter and sugar .. since I discovered macrobiotics, this is my favorite pie.
I find it very good and you can eat what you want ... ingredients are very few ... but it is a must try!
Take a unit of measure, I usually use a cup and pour into a bowl
1 cup apple juice or rice milk or water (in the absence of other ingredients) 1
cup of sunflower oil
1 cup rice malt
add enough flour until a soft dough that of a normal tip pastry
then you can rest a bit 'in refrigerator.
Then spread like a normal pastry on a baking sheet and sprinkle with your favorite jam (I used a sugar-free plums, but in some situations I've also used dela cocoa cream) and bake at 180 degrees for the whole 30 minutes.
ps. advice, you can bake the dough first for ten minutes without jam and add it later along with decorative strips so the base is cooked well.
Once cooked leave to rest and all accompanied by a nice cup of tea or coffee.
Easy, fast and delicious!
