John Cryer Paid Per Episode

Ugly but delicious!

I recently discovered this recipe really easy and super delicious ...

Gnocchi with pumpkin sauce with cannellini beans

Ingredients: Pumpkin

flour
salt

beans garlic oil

flavorings to taste

Take a pumpkin and boil with a little water so that it is soft but not too much undone. I usually do go in a pressure cooker ... I am a superfan of the pressure cooker, we bake almost anything! ...
Drain well the pumpkin, pour into a bowl and add enough flour for a soft, not too solid ... to be clear: I do not arrive at the consistency of working with your hands or else we would be just too much flour.
Then fill a pot of water and bring to a boil. With a small spoon into balls to be thrown into the water to "fish out" as soon as they return to the surface. It
meantime boil the beans, saute in a pan with a clove of garlic and some spices (thyme, rosemary, bay leaves ... whatever you prefer) and then blend with an immersion frulatore adding a little 'cooking water ... the density of the sauce is personal preference ... the first time I had done a bit 'too thick, then I added more water and it came out much better.
If you do not like the idea of \u200b\u200bbean sauce, you can always season the gnocchi as the favorite ...
For example, those in the photo have a common condiment butter, sage and a touch of soy sauce for lack of time and cooked beans.
you soon!
